Marty served as Vice President of Operations and was a dedicated member of the M&M Cartage team for nearly 25 years. For those who didn’t have the chance to know him, Marty was known for his hard work, positive attitude, loyalty, and compassion. These are qualities we deeply value and strive to recognize in our team.

The Marty Mullaney Award allows employees to nominate a fellow team member who embodies these same traits. Nominations can be submitted by completing the survey assigned in Paycom.

No employee is exempt from consideration, and the final recipient will be selected by a committee. When submitting your nomination in Paycom, please include the nominee’s name and a brief explanation of why you believe they deserve this recognition.

All nominations must be submitted by July 31st via the Paycom survey. Please refer to the Paycom notification for submission instructions.

The award recipient will receive a cash prize and have their name displayed on a plaque in the dispatch office. We will announce the winner on August 7th.
